By accessing or using AppealMind ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppealMind is an AI-powered platform that assists Amazon sellers in creating Plans of Action (POA) for account reinstatement. Our services include appeal generation, document verification, appeal review, feedback removal assistance, and pre-submission simulation.

AppealMind does not guarantee reinstatement of your Amazon seller account. Results generated by our AI system are recommendations only. The final decision rests solely with Amazon.com, Inc.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payment & Refunds

Balance System: AppealMind operates on a prepaid balance system. You add funds to your account and services are deducted from your balance upon completion.

Service Pricing: Current prices are displayed on the platform. Prices may change with notice.

Refund Policy: If our system fails to generate a result due to a technical error (API failure, system crash), you will receive a full credit refund to your account balance. Credits used for completed service generations (where a POA or analysis was successfully produced) are non-refundable, regardless of whether the generated content leads to a successful Amazon appeal.

No Outcome Guarantee: We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of your Amazon appeal. Our service provides AI-generated content; the acceptance or rejection of that content by Amazon is outside our control.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All Plans of Action, analyses, scores, simulations, and recommendations generated by AppealMind are produced by artificial intelligence systems. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Scores and approval predictions are estimates, not guarantees
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submission to Amazon
• AppealMind is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice
• You should consult with a qualified professional if you have legal questions about your Amazon account

6. Intellectual Property

The AppealMind platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of AppealMind. Content generated for you (POAs, analyses) is licensed to you for your personal use in Amazon appeals. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppealMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AppealMind in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to generate content that violates Amazon's Terms of Service

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
